How it works

Receive your style guide, outfit tips, and everything you need to feel confident and ready.
Bring yourself, your family, and good energy. I'll handle the rest — including the toddlers.
You'll receive a preview gallery first. Browse your images, choose your favourites, and your selected photos get fully edited and delivered.
Your final gallery arrives — edited, polished, and ready to print. Frame them. Put them on the wall. Keep them forever.
What to Expect
A few things clients always ask — answered honestly.
Who are mini sessions for?
Mini sessions are made for families with young kids who know these moments are flying by — but aren't ready to commit to a full session. If you want professional portraits that actually preserve this season of life, without the longer time investment, this is exactly that. Twenty minutes, real moments, photos you'll keep forever.
What about pets?
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are absolutely welcome. They make some of the best photos — and the toddlers love them.
What if it rains?
This is the Pacific Northwest — we've made peace with the weather. If conditions are truly unworkable, we'll reschedule with no fuss. Overcast days are actually beautiful for photos.
My kid never cooperates. Will this work?
Genuinely — yes. Toddlers who "don't cooperate" almost always do when the setting is interesting. Giant flowers they can touch? A beach with waves? I have not yet met a toddler I couldn't photograph.
How many people can be in the session?
Immediate family groups up to 5 are included in both packages. Larger groups — reach out and we'll figure it out.
Can I order prints?
Yes! I work with professional print labs to deliver framed prints, wall art clusters, and heirloom photo boxes. Ordering is available directly through your gallery.
Questions & Answers
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are held at curated locations in the Sammamish, Bellevue, and greater Seattle area. Exact location is confirmed upon booking based on the season and theme.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a retainer is required to secure your date. This is applied toward the total session cost. Reach out via the contact page to check availability and get the booking link.
Can I book more than one theme?
Absolutely! Many families book more than one theme throughout the year — a Lavender or Sunflower session in summer, a Waterfront session, and a Fall session just because the light is too good to skip. And if you're thinking about holiday cards, keep an eye out for our separate Christmas Mini Sessions coming later in the year. Reach out to secure multiple dates.
When will I receive my photos?
After your session, you'll first receive a preview gallery — browse all your images and pick your favourites. Those selected photos are then fully edited and delivered in your final private gallery within 2 weeks of your session.

I'm not photogenic. Should I still book?
That's not a fact about you — it's a fact about the photos you've had taken so far. The clients who walk out saying "I actually love these" are almost always the ones who walked in most nervous. Come anyway.
